Bridge of Hope provides supports to help young people finish secondary school, pursue post-secondary education, enter a trade or secure employment, establish a mentoring relationship, achieve financial goals, and find safe and affordable housing. The three-year program includes financial, social, and mental health supports.
“At TD, we are committed to helping create conditions where every person has the tools and resources they need to succeed in a changing world,” said Robert Rumfeldt, TD’s district vice-president. “Through the TD Ready Commitment, our corporate citizenship platform, we support programs and initiatives that help make this a reality. That’s why we are so proud to work with the Windsor-Essex Children’s Aid Society and the Windsor-Essex Children’s Aid Foundation to help local youth achieve their goals.”
